The main challenge was lacking an internal recruitment team. The two Founders were spending hours sourcing and interviewing, they had a limited database and network, and poor data hygiene or measure of basic metrics. Both Founders were struggling with a low response rate to their initial outreach and an extended time to fill due to the need for culturally-aligned candidates. They were looking to hire an internal Recruiter until they found us.

This partner needed to hire three key Engineers in Latin America, where they had only been able to hire two people in the past. They struggled due to lack of knowledge of the LatAm market and needed mission-driven candidates, and more women in their team.
We implemented a sourcing flow with their Chief Technology Officer (CTO), redesigning their recruitment processes and consulting on good practices and compliance. We drafted a sourcing strategy to attack the openings complexities, and identified areas of opportunity in relation to their employee value proposition based on real-time candidate feedback.
