Our Story

Happy to meet you!

We are Bett and Cami, two long-time friends. We met at our first job, and the rest is history.

After a decade of working both in-house and externally, we felt like we’d seen enough. It became clear recruitment was stuck in a transactional, outdated loop. Yet we refused to believe it was broken. So, we decided to fuse the best of both worlds and gave life to SeedTree Talent!

Challenges/goals

This partner needed to hire three key Engineers in Latin America, where they had only been able to hire two people in the past. They struggled due to lack of knowledge of the LatAm market and needed mission-driven candidates, and more women in their team.

SOLUTION

We implemented a sourcing flow with their Chief Technology Officer (CTO), redesigning their recruitment processes and consulting on good practices and compliance. We drafted a sourcing strategy to attack the openings complexities, and identified areas of opportunity in relation to their employee value proposition based on real-time candidate feedback.
